• Diagnostic & Sub-Specialist Referral Services

  • Direct placement and referral coordination for advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT scans, Digital X-rays), laboratory testing, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and surgical sub-specialists.

• Telemedicine Consultations

  • Secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual visits for initial assessments, treatment follow-ups, and convenient scheduling.

Specialized Medical Clearances

• Pre-Operative Risk Stratification & Medical Clearance

  • Comprehensive pre-surgical internal medicine evaluations for trauma and injury patients requiring surgery.

  • Systemic risk assessments (cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic) combined with pre-op lab/diagnostic(Will need to be done in Quest) reviews to optimize patient safety before surgical procedures.

• Medical Record & Chart Review

  • In-depth review of prior medical records, emergency room charts, and historical care to establish clear medical timelines and identify gaps in treatment. Medical records need to be provided from Law offices or by patient.

• Lien-Based Case Coordination

  • Active case management and streamlined communication with law firms to simplify billing, case updates, and medical record requests.
